Bueno Express / Syracuse Express  Provides door to door transportation from Central, NY (Area) to New York City, New Jersey and Newburgh, NY.  We carry passengers and do package delivery.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Keeping data and logs entry organize.

  *   Responsible to give drivers and clients proper information when requested.

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient Trip.

• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic.

• Collect payment when needed.

• Answer clients questions regarding trip or any concerns.

 

 

 

Skills:

 

• Must be Bilingual ( Spanish & English )

• Possess a clear and understandable radio and telephone voice

• Knowledge of computer operations sufficient to enter, retrieve, and manipulate data ( Google maps, Outlook, Reservation Platform, invoices, etc

• Dealing with multiple calls and taking care of situations in an expedited manner. Must be able to multi-task

• Good communications skills

• Great customer service 

• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions

• Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgement

• Be respectful to coworkers and clients.

 

 

 

Requirements: 

 

• 1 Year of experience ( Preferred )

• Background Check 

• Drug Test ( if requested )

• Must have a smart phone
